Avi Proctor is a content creator, entrepreneur, and podcast host. He is the founder of Ready to Ball and the creator of Israel Gap Year, platforms focused on growth, community, and real-world insight. After moving to Israel, Avi became fascinated by the diversity and depth of the people living in such a small country. That experience led him to launch The Proctor Effect, where he highlights individuals across Israel who have built meaningful lives and made an impact, giving a clearer window into the people behind the story of Israel today.

Jen Airley is an exercise physiologist, personal trainer, and educator based in Ramat Beit Shemesh since making Aliyah with her family in 2006. Her work emphasizes consistency and resilience through both physical and spiritual strength. She co-founded Beit Binyamin with her husband, Rob, to support individuals impacted by war. The center honors the memory of their son, Binyamin Hy”d, who was killed in Gaza defending Am Yisrael.

Rabbi Ari Enkin, a resident of Ramat Beit Shemesh, is a noted scholar of Halacha and the author of over a dozen books on Jewish law. Widely respected for his expertise in Jewish law, he is regularly consulted by rabbis and laymen alike from around the world.  In addition to advanced rabbinical ordinations, he holds a Master’s degree in Informal Adult Education. Rabbi Enkin is available for scholar-in-residence presentations by invitation.
